Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or participating in any activity with Between Scents, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings require a deposit, which is a partial payment of the full amount, to be made in advance to secure your session.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • We do not accept walk-ins, unless otherwise stated.

2. Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • A one-time rescheduling is permitted if notice is given at least 48 hours before your original session.

  • Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days, subject to availability.

  • In the case of group or corporate workshops, alternative arrangements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Please arrive on time as sessions begin promptly.

  • We are unable to extend session time for late arrivals.

  • No-shows will forfeit their session and are not eligible for rescheduling.

4. Studio Etiquette

  • Our space is designed to provide a calm, sensory experience. Please respect the environment and facilitators

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

  • Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum and handle all materials with care.

5. Safety & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to materials or equipment due to negligence or misuse.

  • Between Scents is not liable for any personal injury, lost items, or damage that occurs during participation.

  • Certain materials (e.g. fragrance oils) may cause mild irritation for sensitive individuals. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your session.

6. Photography & Media

  • Between Scents may capture photos or short videos during sessions for promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us prior to the start of your session.

  • Personal photography is welcome—please be mindful of others’ privacy.

By booking with Between Scents, you acknowledge and accept all of the above terms and conditions.
